Who are we?

CECI is an international organization working towards sustainable and inclusive development with an increased leadership of women and girls since 1958. CECI strengthens the economic development capacities of disadvantaged communities. It also supports initiatives for gender equality, women's economic empowerment, fight against violence, resilience and adaptation to climate change. Finally, it mobilizes resources and promotes the exchange of expertise.

Consultation en stratégie marketing de recrutement et de positionnement

Le CECI est à la recherche d'une personne consultante ou d'une firme spécialisée en stratégie marketing, positionnement de marque et recrutement, possédant une expérience dans un contexte international, afin d'accompagner la réflexion stratégique entourant son Programme de coopération volontaire.

Dans le cadre de son Programme de coopération volontaire (PCV), le CECI souhaite renforcer son approche de recrutement afin d'attirer des profils qualifiés, diversifiés et alignés avec les orientations du programme. Dans un contexte où les parcours professionnels et les attentes des candidat-e-s évoluent, le CECI souhaite être accompagné dans une réflexion stratégique visant à renforcer le positionnement, l'attractivité et la stratégie marketing de recrutement de son programme. L'objectif est de mieux rejoindre de nouveaux bassins de talents, notamment les professionnel-le-s, les entrepreneur-e-s et les acteur-trice-s du milieu des affaires, tout en clarifiant la proposition de valeur du programme et en accompagnant l'équipe responsable dans l'évolution de ses approches de recrutement.
