Who are we?

CECI is an international organization working towards sustainable and inclusive development with an increased leadership of women and girls since 1958. CECI strengthens the economic development capacities of disadvantaged communities. It also supports initiatives for gender equality, women's economic empowerment, fight against violence, resilience and adaptation to climate change. Finally, it mobilizes resources and promotes the exchange of expertise.

Regional Senior Community Health Specialist - My Health My Rights Project

Under the supervision of CECI's regional director for Latin America, and in a matrix relationship with the other project partners, the person hired will lead the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of CECI's activities in SRHR in Colombia, Guatemala, and Haiti. She/he will provide leadership to CECIs community health coordinators in the three countries, to improve practices and behaviors, as well as strengthen the autonomy and decision making of population targeted in the project, with particular emphasis on more vulnerable people.
