CECI is an international organization working towards sustainable and inclusive development with an increased leadership of women and girls since 1958. CECI strengthens the economic development capacities of disadvantaged communities. It also supports initiatives for gender equality, women's economic empowerment, fight against violence, resilience and adaptation to climate change. Finally, it mobilizes resources and promotes the exchange of expertise.
As the Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) Program Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of CECI’s Volunteer Cooperation Program (VCP) in the Philippines. Reporting to the Program Officer at CONCERN INC., CECI's partner in the Philippines, you’ll work closely with regional teams to ensure program outcomes are achieved and that economic empowerment initiatives for women and young women are impactful and sustainable.

Under the supervision of the Africa Regional Management and in close collaboration with the Voluntary Cooperation Program (PCV) Management, the Coordinator is responsible for the implementation, management and achievement of results of programs aimed at strengthening the economic power of women (RPEF) and young women. He/she is responsible for PCV programming in Côte d'Ivoire, working directly with partners and volunteers. He/She coordinates the program's planning, management, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and ensures that results are achieved in the region.
Under the supervision of the Communications and Philanthropic Development Department contributes to the implementation of the organization's fundraising program. He or she ensures quality service to donors and oversees efficient database management. The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to establish and maintain strong relationshipswith our donors, solicitors and volunteers. He or she will also be called upon to support and work in close collaboration with the members of the communications and development team.
