Who are we?

CECI is an international organization working towards sustainable and inclusive development with an increased leadership of women and girls since 1958. CECI strengthens the economic development capacities of disadvantaged communities. It also supports initiatives for gender equality, women's economic empowerment, fight against violence, resilience and adaptation to climate change. Finally, it mobilizes resources and promotes the exchange of expertise.

Monitoring and evaluation specialist

Under the supervision of the Project Management, the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation and methodological articulation of the diagnostic, follow-up, learning and systematization tools of the project that will allow the development, monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management of the NIM K'AT project from a gender and cultural relevance perspective.

The Specialist will be responsible for the follow-up and documentation of the project's actions, through the analysis of the initial status (baseline), the constant monitoring of the results achieved in the different project indicators from the performance measurement framework, and the periodic evaluation of the progress and the production of the reports required by CECI and the donor.
