The program includes:
- Virtual mentorship (1 hour/week) for personalized support;
- Training on business mentorship and professional coaching;
- The possibility of staying 2–3 weeks in Bolivia to deepen the experience (for a financial contribution).
Eligibility criteria:
We are looking for Canadian women entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria:
- More than 50% of the business is owned by individuals identifying as women;
- A majority-female executive team;
- A business that primarily employs women and offers products/services designed for women;
- Management and governance practices that integrate gender equity.
Profiles sought for matching:
- Sustainable fashion and circular economy: Entrepreneur specializing in clothing rental or sustainable fashion (assignment in Spanish).
- Eco-responsible wool production: Entrepreneur in the artisanal production of alpaca clothing (assignment in English or Spanish).
- Organic agri-food products: Innovative entrepreneur in organic honey production and related products (assignment in English or Spanish).
- Environmental consulting: Entrepreneur specializing in soil restoration and remediation (assignment in Spanish).
- Entrepreneurship and market development: Entrepreneur or leader of a nonprofit organization supporting women’s entrepreneurship (assignment in English or Spanish).
