6 steps to organizing your fundraising campaign
Are you a committed individual, a group of friends or a company keen to give back? Every contribution counts.
1- Choose an idea, a date and a location
Organize an online or in-person event that reflects your commitment, such as a race, bake sale, educational webinar, spaghetti dinner or something unique. You can also raise funds to mark your anniversary. Whatever you choose, creativity is key!
2- Register
Complete the form to register as a fundraising organizer. It's quick and easy! We'll then contact you to get more information, approve your fundraiser and discuss the support we can offer.
3- Organize your fundraising
It's best to start organizing your fundraising campaign several months in advance. Establish a budget, plan the necessary materials, make a list of tasks and surround yourself with dynamic people who will support you in the organization.
4- Share your cause
Use social media, e-mail and bulletin boards to share your fundraising. Explain why you support CECI and inspire others to join you.
5- Get ready
The moment you've been waiting for is here! With good planning and a little enthusiasm, you'll make your fundraiser a success. Every dollar raised is important and contributes to CECI's sustainable projects.
6- Thank your donors
Send them a thank-you note after the event. This simple gesture is always much appreciated.
