Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the monitoring and evaluation plan for the project, carry out periodic analysis of the data collected, linking technical and budgetary aspects.
- Develop methodologies, tools and qualitative and quantitative procedures for data collection and analysis on digital platforms, from gender and cultural relevance approaches.
- Lead the production of the project baseline, coordinating the organization of field visits, partner consultations, interviews with potential project participants.
- Lead the development of the project's Performance Measurement Framework, the design of indicators and methodologies for monitoring progress and changes generated.
- Participate in the production of the Project Implementation Plan (PIP), contributing to the compilation of the different parts of the PIP.
- Design and manage the databases required to record information related to project participants and activities.
- Develop data collection, analysis and reporting instruments.
- Ensure data quality control at the level of data collection, substantiation, transmission, processing and reporting, corroborating their consistency, validity, completeness, accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in routine field visits.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic and annual reports of activities and results and the completion of required monitoring tools, for submission to CECI and Global Affairs Canada.
- Support and train the CECI team in the use of digital tools and the continuous improvement of data management and reporting processes through process automation.
- Lead the development of graphs, infographics, maps, analytical tables and qualitative tools to support and illustrate project results.
- Lead the design of the project's experience systematization and knowledge management strategy, developing methodologies and tools to systematize learning, good practices and lessons learned.
This position is for you if:
- University degree in knowledge management, social sciences or economics, social research.
- Specific training related to monitoring and evaluation, systematization, process automation.
- Experience in the design and management of baselines, performance measurement frameworks and indicator tracking.
- Experience in strategic planning, project evaluation and results-based management (RBM) from an intersectional feminist approach.
- Development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems through dynamic and innovative tools for project management.
- Experience in developing and coordinating consultation and reporting processes.
- Good knowledge of the Guatemalan context, financial cooperatives and indigenous women's organizations.
- Strong knowledge of performance measurement, evaluation and monitoring and organizational development.
- Skills in qualitative and quantitative research.
- Excellent command of monitoring tools (PowerBi, Kobo Toolbox and others).
- Excellent command of Microsoft 365 platform and Office Pack; Excel is imperative.
- Adhere to CECI's gender equality policy, CECI's Code of Conduct and other organizational policies.
- Experience in international development is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish to communicate with international colleagues and since the position is based in Guatemala. French is an asset.
