The Game Plan

Well at least now I gave a game plan!

On Thursday, with my translator tagging along, I was able to understand in better detail the ongoing projects that FTE is hoping that I will be able to assist with.

One of the services that FTE provides is a series of training modules and soft-skill development workshops. These trainings are customized depending on the partnership’s requirements. One of these partnerships is with Save the Children. FTE aims on providing training and skill-development to a group of 15-18 year-olds that are in low SES environments. These workshops will include resume-building skills, computer skills development, confidence building, emphasizing responsibility, work ethic etc.

In the coming days we will be reviewing FTE’s current training modules and refining them with the goal of using the best combination of soft-skill workshops to make the limited time they have with these teens as useful and impactful as possible.
