November 5, 2025CECI recently celebrated the presentation of the Values Ambassador Award and the Rosario Demers Award 2025, an opportunity to recognize colleagues and volunteers who consistently and wholeheartedly embody the organization's core values: cooperation, respect, fairness, commitment, and integrity.
Selecting and celebrating the winners means recognizing the strength of the collective and reminding us that CECI's values come to life through the actions, attitudes, and daily commitments of those who uphold them. These awards highlight the importance of a culture based on trust, collaboration, and mutual recognition.
Administrative Assistant, CECI Bolivia

Marisol embodies cooperation in its most human form. Through her attentive listening, kindness, and sense of community, she creates a work environment marked by trust and solidarity. A key figure in the Bolivia office, she supports volunteers, facilitates complex administrative procedures, and ensures that everyone feels welcome and supported. Her professionalism and warmth make her a true pillar of the team.

Lionel stands out for his respectful and inclusive attitude.
