Digital transformation is redefining international solidarity and the empowerment of women entrepreneurs. Organized by the JCCFQ in collaboration with CECI, this event will explore how new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, facilitate cross-border collaboration and create sustainable economic opportunities.
Experts will share their perspectives on the impact of technology on women's entrepreneurial development and ways to strengthen international business networks.

Originally from Saint-Louis, Senegal, Rokhaya Solange Mbengue has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. As Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Public Relations at Sonatel/Orange, she designs and implements promising projects in key areas such as education, health, environmental protection, youth and women's employability, and digital transformation. A graduate of the École des Hautes Études Internationales in Paris and ISM in Dakar, she holds a master's degree in geopolitics, political science, and international relations. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she is actively involved in promoting women's empowerment. In recognition of her career and commitment, she was awarded the French National Order of Merit in February 2020.
She is passionate about digital and organizational transformation. Currently Director of Innovations and Technology Solutions at Fdp Gestion Privée, she plays a key role in managing digital transformation and implementing innovative and structuring projects.
Passionate about innovation, she has trained in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data management, demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning. In addition to her technical skills, she is also deeply involved in mentoring and supporting women in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) fields, notably through her role as President of the Jeune Chambre de commerce des femmes de Montréal (2022-2024) and her involvement in the Femmes Entrepreneures Solidaires program with CECI.
Senior Manager of the Mila Entrepreneurship Lab, the Quebec Institute of Artificial Intelligence, she helps AI scientists transform their research into successful startups. At the same time, she is conducting a study on the challenges of linguistic inclusion of large language models at Berkeley University, as a Tech Policy Fellow. She previously worked at a startup improving carbon measurement for the City of Paris, deployed go-to-market strategies at Microsoft, and worked on the territorial expansion of a social integration structure. Holding two master's degrees in management from HEC and Sciences Po Paris, she focuses on innovation in the service of society.
