Main responsibilities :
- Analyze risks and develop health and safety management strategies and tools.
- Support country teams in implementing and monitoring health and safety policies.
- Coordinate training, assessments and simulation exercises.
- Ensure communication and collaboration with local players and partners.
- Manage safety incidents and coordinate crisis units.
- Monitor security in the Sahel region.
This position is for you if you are :

And if you have :
- Niger, Burkina Faso or Mali nationality.
- Advanced degree in health and safety management or equivalent.
- 8 years' experience in security management, ideally in an international organization.
- Expertise in the Sahel security context.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural context.
