Key responsibilities:
- Understand CECI’s comparative and competitive advantage and analyze its existing fundraising practices /Program development, donor engagement efforts, and grant acquisition processes in SSEA
- Develop a comprehensive program development strategy for CECI in SSEA. The strategy should be aligned with CECI’s Theory of Change and its long-term impact goals
- Identify funding gaps and prioritize development efforts based on the region’s priorities and opportunities
- Prepare compelling grant proposals, coordinate teamwork related to proposal preparation and write proposal documents
- Identify potential donors and foundations aligned with CECI’s Theory of Change
- Uphold ethical fundraising standards in insuring transparency and accountability

And if you have:
- You are from Philippines or a country of Association of Southeast Asian Nations - ASEAN and willing to move to Philippines on your own
- Advanced degree (M.Sc.) in economics, finance, business administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in project design, management, technical support and donor relations within international cooperation
- 5+ years in strategy design, project management and support for women's rights, economic empowerment and entrepreneurship
- Expertise in inclusive governance, climate change, women's entrepreneurship or gender impact investing
- Knowledge of development in South and South-East Asia
- Strong English writing, communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
